Tanya founded Lumina after an unexpected turning point in her own career. After several years working in academia and other industries where work often felt more like a necessity than a calling, she discovered Ballroom and Latin dance. That experience opened the door to the world of performance and extraordinary talent, and completely changed her perspective on what a professional life could be. Through this journey, Tanya realised how many exceptional individuals have remarkable talent but lack the support, representation, or confidence to fully step into their potential.
